THE TEAM

Libby Wingham

Libby Wingham is a Human Factors researcher and engineer with over 15 years of experience helping clients to optimise the designs of their products in order to meet the needs of their users and desirability of their consumers.

Libby thrives when she is working at the coal face of projects, as well as helping to frame and optimize work programs and activities.

Libby set up Empathic Mind Limited to provide a variety of services to her clients across a range of sectors, including:

    - Medical devices
    - Healthcare systems
    - Consumer products
    - FMCG
    - Supporting materials – packaging, instructions for use, labelling, etc.

Libby generates rich and in depth insights requiring a high level of understanding about the way an individual thinks. This often requires gathering relevant information from people that are not familiar with product development and the consequences of their usage behaviour.

     - Identification of patterns and trends in information to form insights
Translation of insights into actionable, applied directions and recommendations
     - requiring the application of experience, knowledge and judgement to identify the consequences, risks and hierarchy of key insights.
